Matthew is a chartered accountant (FCA) and a former PwC Risk Management Partner where he headed up their global crisis management practice for over 10 years.
In 2002, he established FastTrack Solutions as a niche consulting practice, catering to clients who seek a smart and efficient approach to managing real disaster situations by implementing robust crisis management and business continuity solutions.
Matthew has over 30 years of full-time BCM experience, including 220+ client projects worldwide. He is the original author of the unique FastTrack methodology that transforms the traditional textbook approach into a vibrant, fast, and efficient process using simulation exercises as a core technique.
He has prepared and run over 600 major simulation and test exercises worldwide involving over 8,000 senior executives.
